These cakes are suitable for anyone who would prefer a savoury cake or who would like a cheese course at their wedding in addition to the usual type of cake. Is it a club cheese?

No, definitely not. Our flavours are added during the manufacture of the cheese so it is a natural process, without the addition of preservatives. In contrast, flavoured club cheese is made from cheese which has been shredded and had flavours and preservatives added to it before being re-pressed. Is the cheese Kosher?

The cheese is made from kosher milk and other ingredients that could have been certified as Kosher. There are no meat derived products in our cheese (we use vegetable Rennet). Nevertheless, the cheese is made without supervision in our home kitchen where we don’t keep kosher rules.
