The only milk components in our bars are milk proteins in the form of sodium caseinate and whey protein isolate. All other components of milk have been removed. That is enough milk to satisfy us but not the Standard of Identity which requires milk fat and all the other components of milk excluding the water. Once again we do not make chocolate.

What are my choices of chocolate for the chocolate fountain?
The fountain requires couverture chocolate. Our chocolates of choice are Ghirardelli and Guittard which have won many times over in our taste tests! Couverture chocolate is available in dark, milk, white or semi-sweet. 10-30 pounds of chocolate (depending on the size of the fountain) of dark, milk or semi sweet chocolate is included in the price of the rental. We also offer any color or flavor of our white chocolate- just ask!
