Is the meat Organic?

No, but just because it’s not Organic doesn’t mean it’s not High Quality and Traditional Reared meat from Family Farms here in the Yorkshire Dales, we guarantee you will love the quality and taste.
We do not have organic pigs and therefore the meat is not organic. However, we strongly believe that this is a good thing. In fact, we would go as far as to say the meat is better than organic, a view which was strongly echoed when we visited Salone del Gusto in Italy.
