Any blocker (antagonist) leads to up regulation and any agonist leads to down regulation of the receptors (an important Pharmacodynamic role). The effect on remodeling is related to reversing the factors that stimulate remodeling (e.g. ischemia and hypertension) and to inhibiting the angiotensin system by inhibiting rennin release (Angiotensin II is a potent stimulator for remodeling).

This is *not* a "rental". You own the list (as do up to 4 people in your co-op, if you buy the bulk coreg leads). Each list is generated separately for each co-op, and the advertising is not placed until the co-op is complete, to ensure that your leads will be as fresh as possible when you get them. If you buy live co-reg leads, then you will be sharing that lead with other people at the network level, but only *YOU* get the "business opportunity" registration. There is no such thing as a "rented list" at NLB!

Usually within 20 days because you are getting a "fresh" list. To be sure you get the best possible response, I do not keep lists in “inventory”. The co-ops are usually full within 7 to 14 days, but I promise 20 or less to be conservative.
