What is the appointment at Occupational Health for?
The appointment with a provider at Occupational Health is an information exchange. The provider will review your Risk Assessment Questionnaire with you, discuss any health issues or concerns you may have, and ask for additional information where needed. The provider will also make recommendations for preventative measures you may want to consider, including immunizations, titers, respirator use, etc. Immunizations, skin tests, x-rays and titers can be taken care of here at Campus Health as part of your visit.

Following a period of absence from work, the OHU can recommend a phased return to work, which means the employee will return on a part time basis and build up his/her hours to full time over a determined period (often 6 weeks).
