Tapes ordered from Interface are available in a variety of formats including both DVCPro and Beta. Online video is in mixed formats but generally full resolution frames are the best available option for professional use. Older video does not always exist in the most up-to-date formats

No, but NASA SkyWatch provides more information than the existing tables. Not only will NASA SkyWatch give digital data, but the Sky Track display makes sightings easier to spot. The tabular data is still available though.

Is there a stipend with the NASA Fellowship?
A The NASA Endeavor Project Fellowship includes all courses, fees and graduate credit. In addition a $240 stipend may include NSTA (National Science Teachers Association) Membership and additional resources. In cases where a state requires more than 15 graduate credits to achieve highly qualified or another alternative status, the Fellowship will include additional costs associated with the additional course or courses as necessary.
